I've found that having the choice between in-person sessions at JCHealth has truly made a difference in my mental health journey. Online sessions have been a lifesaver during work weeks or when I'm traveling around; and the face to face meetings have provided me with the deep support I need. As for the therapists, they're not only empathetic but also very effective. Their services are so flexible and accommodating compared to else I've been.
